“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.
Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.”
Peter understood something that most of are so quick to forget – if you aren’t going toward Jesus… you’re going nowhere. You can seek and search for the rest of your life, but if you turn away from Him, you’re turning to absolutely nothing.
